Fitness Training Program Design
Sigma Fitness Consultancy applies a sophisticated array of programs that enable professional delivery of services for stakeholders. Procedures and applications of programs are according to the standards of associated sectors. Through professional consultation practices, each Sigma fitness training program is designed according to three foundational sectors towards holistic human development:


Mediation
Clients are provided intermediary services and counseling procedures on group collaborations and individual concerns.
Health
Clients are provided services by certified health professionals to improve their physical health, establishing foundation to self-development and maintenance of physical independence.
Education
Clients learn about the proper execution of physical exercises as well as how to eventually apply of such exercises in a preferred sport or athletic application.
Sigma fitness training programs (FTP) are meticulously designed to integrate the foundational sectors of education, mediation, and health. Through a comprehensive approach, these programs not only focus on physical fitness but also emphasize the importance of knowledge and understanding in achieving overall well-being. Participants are educated about various fitness techniques, nutritional strategies, and mental health practices, fostering a well-rounded perspective on health. Mediation plays a crucial role in helping individuals find balance and clarity, enabling them to overcome mental barriers and enhance their performance. Overall, Sigma fitness training programs strive to create an environment where physical strength, mental resilience, and educational growth coexist, empowering individuals to achieve their personal fitness goals while promoting a holistic lifestyle.
Fitness Training Program Levels
At Sigma, each fitness training program are designed to have three progressive levels that establish gradual foundation for sustainable fitness.
Beginner
The Beginner level is for clients who have little or no knowledge on the physical exercises and procedures of training. The objective of this level is to apply the correct form for exercises.
Before a client can reach a certain level, a designated fitness consultant for the fitness training program (FTP) will assess the current progress of the client. To prevent injuries in the long run due to lack of experience and poor form, completing the Beginner level is required.


Intermediate
The Intermediate level is for clients who have moderate knowledge and experience on the physical exercises and procedures. The objective of this level is to master form execution of exercises with higher and controlled repetitions.
Clients who have been assessed as physically fit for the preferred intermediate level FTP by a designated fitness consultant, can be promoted to the Intermediate level without completing the Beginner level of the preferred FTP.
The Advanced level is for clients who can go beyond the standards of intermediate training required. The objective of this level is to master resistance exercises through hypertrophy or strength training. Exercises may now cause injuries and stress when executed poorly.
If the assessment session with the designated fitness consultant confirms that his or her client can be promoted to the advanced level, the Advanced level can be applied. A medical certificate may also be required from the client prior to the purchase and execution of FTP level.
