Unlike Customized FTPs, customization benefits are not provided and counseling services are limited to mediation and guidance.

Customized Fitness Training Programs are designed to consider the specific conditions and preferences of application by the client. Whether the client prefers to focus on lifestyle enhancement or training improvement for a preferred sport or athletic application, Customized Fitness Training Programs are long-term investments that create an efficient and convenient progress to fitness goals.
