The essential physical exercises in Standardized FTPs are considered as the foundational standards for the intended application of the client. Unlike Customized FTPs, customization benefits are not provided and counseling services are limited to mediation and guidance.

Whether the client prefers to focus on lifestyle enhancement or training improvement for a preferred sport or athletic application, Customized Fitness Training Programs are long-term investments that create an efficient and convenient progress to fitness goals.
